Willerby practice is an exceptional practice. The doctors are amazing. You always feel that they put the patient at the centre of all they do. They always listen with the full intention of getting to the bottom of your issues. They know when to treat and when to get a second opinion and fully involve you in the treatment decisions. The NHS and GPs are at breaking point with demand and austerity measures but I have never felt like time or money has driven their decisions at this practice, just what they felt was in the best interests of the patients. I feel extremely lucky to be registered with them.

Doctor Duenas is a wonderful doctor, one of the best I have ever seen. Caring and understanding. The surgery however, is diabolical. I never received test results I was due and I have been on hold for over an hour with no answer. I'm glad I have moved house just so I can go to a better surgery. My only wish would be that that such a superb doctor had a better facility to work from.
