Great service from start to finish, didn't hassle me or talk me into any thing, just left me to look around in my own time and when I was ready chris awnserd any questions I asked and made sure that I knew where I stood financially before I made a decision, when I picked the car up it had a fresh MOT, service and valet which was done to a very good standard, I would recommend this place.

Just updating this review after buying a second car in 3 months from Karl. A really excellent sales service from a great family company. No hard sell just good, honest advice, efficient service and great after sales. A far better experience than big dealerships.Would recommend very highly.
Well what do I say. Ive had 13 cars at the age of 25 and this is by far the best dealership Ive ever bought from. Spoke with Gary over the phone and concluded the sale with Karl. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end!! I honestly dont have a bad word to say about these guys. They have a wealth of experience within the industry and its obvious from the get go that they know exactly what theyre talking about! Karl was incredibly helpful and above all a genuinely nice bloke. Id rate them 10 stars if it was possible. Thanks again guys!
I always take reviews with a pinch of salt. But Autocars is the real deal. I wanted the most car for the least money and I found it at a more than fair price. The car was clean when I did my test drive. When I went back it had been valeted again so well that it looked and felt brand new. Fully serviced and warrantied, it drives like a dream. Gary looked after us but he never sold us a car - we bought it because Autocars had done the proper preparation to make it an easy decision for us. This is used car sales done properly. You can never truly know how a used car will be until you've driven it for a while but having a garage that cares about its customers and its cars is a very good place to start.
