Lovely home-made ice cream..... reasonable price......nice surrounding.
Plenty of flavours of ice cream to choose from and other things on the menu (waffles, cake, crepes, cookie dough) for people with a sweet tooth!! Good selection of drinks too. Really nice surroundings in the shop and comfortable seats. Great place to take the kids for a treat!
Absolutely superb, I've visited this ice cream shop 5 or 6 times now and find it to be the best in Hull for Ice creams, waffles etc. I've visited other ice cream shops across Hull and although their ice cream is ok, the service is poor. The staff at Zacharys are extremely nice and cannot do enough for you. I take my little girl in who has just turned 4 and loves to be little miss independent and the staff love to take her order and let her pay etc which makes her feel special. As for the store itself, it's very spacious with lots of seating and there is also large seating areas out the front which is great on a hot day, the shop decor is very nice and gives it a fun feel which is just how an ice cream store should be. You'll be seeing us again very soon
When you walk into Zachary's you are often greeted by the delicious smell of warm cookie dough or other tasty treats and always, of course, a big smile and hello from the friendly staff. I have been to Zachary's on a number of occasions and have tried a different flavour of ice cream each time as there are so many to choose from - I would highly recommend the Bounty flavour but the others I have tried are delicious too; the only thing that would be even better was if there was a rum and raisin flavour! Prices are reasonable and certainly if youre eating in the cost not only pays for the food but for the experience - I have never felt rushed to leave, which is often the case in cafes/restaurants. The decor is is modern and funky, and it has a really clean and bright feel, and its nice that there is outside seating too for those sunny days. Despite there not being a huge amount of parking available nearby, I've never had a real problem as there are a number of spaces on the street across the road. Ill definitely be back and would highly recommend that anyone with a sweet tooth pops in to try for themselves.
