Two young members of staff don't have a clue what they are doing. After numerous silly questions I had to walk out because they couldn't supply a proof of posting for a prepaid item.Please can the postmaster train these individuals before we lose another post office I won't use again.Incidentally Anlaby post office dealt with my request professionally in seconds!
