I had my van DPF filter done here, the price quoted was from 60 diagnostic and only about 150 if it's just a sensor problem (their words) up to a max 240 if everything had to be done.The diagnostic price is not absorbed into the cost for the job as other places do. Charged 60+fitting+vat for a replacement sensor!They would only warranty their work if I paid for the forced regeneration done as well at an extra cost of 60. Suddenly the job cost 270 which I had to pay as I was now captive in their garage.On collection no explanation was given to exactly what work was done, defective parts where not shown or proof of manufactures parts fitted, he was too busy talking to a friend in his office to offer any kind of customer service which I would have expected.Not happy, but the problem was fixed so 2 stars.
